ROMAN EMPIRE; Caligula, 37-41 AD. Æ As (10.09 gm; 28 mm). Rome, 37/38 AD. Obv. C CAESAR AVG GERMANICVS PON M TR POT, Bare head to left. Rev. VESTA / S - C, Vesta seated left on throne, holding patera and sceptre. RIC 38; BMC 45. Well struck on nice full flan. Light smoothing on the field. Well centered. Dark green patina. Choice Good VF.
