ROMAN EMPIRE. Augustus. 27 BC.-14 AD. AR Denarius (3.96 gm; 17mm x 19mm). Spanish mint (Colonia Patricia), struck 19-18 BC. CAESAR AVGVSTVS, bare head right / OB CIVIS SERVATOS in three lines within oak wreath, with wreath ties drawn upward. RIC I 77a; RSC 208. Lovely strike on an excellent metal. Perfect surfaces. Choice FDC. Fully lustrous.
