Crowned bust of Valkash turning right with shoulder flame within a standard double ring, reverse, fire altar with attendants in standard prayer type, mint abbreviation "AS" for Asuristan or Aspanvar or Aspahan to the right, no name "Valkash" to the left. SNS type Ib/1b (pl. 100, 4-9); Göbl type I/1; Mochiri 553; Paruck 365; Saeedi 255; Sunrise 954var. Standard issue, mint in the flat spot but seems to be ST (Istakhr), no date. Lovely strike.
