SELEUKID KINGS, Seleukos I Nikator. 312-281 BC. Fourree drachm (3.96 gm; 18 mm). Ekbatana mint. Struck in the name of Alexander III of Macedon, circa 311-295 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, monogram below anchor; monograms below throne. Cf. SC 202.12a; Cf. Price 3938. Well struck on a full flan. Choice EF. Rare.
