Dot next to the wings of crown, Reverse: fire altar with attendants, mint “TPURASTN (Tabaristan)” on the right, date: 91. The period coincides with reign of 10th Umayyad Khalif; Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik, and Abbasid’s Saffah and Mansur, Album 52. Always rare with additional dots. Choice EF. Lightly toned.
