SASANIAN KINGS. Yazdgard II. AD. 438-457. Æ (2.04 gm; 18 mm). AW (Ahwaz) mint. Standard issue, with Yazdgird II bust turning right, reverse: fire altar with attendants, mint AW (Ahwaz) on the right. No date. Nicely struck on abroad flan. Original find reddish and green patina. Rare.
