Obv: Μ ΑΥΡΗΛΙΟϹ ΟΥΗΡΟϹ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ. Bare head of Marcus Aurelius (youthful - lightly bearded) right
Rev: ΤΡΙΠΟΛЄΙΤΩΝ ΜΑΙΑΝΔΡΟ. River-god Maeandrus reclining left, holding reed and cornucopia, and resting elbow upon overturned urn from which liquid pours.
