Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right vis-a-vis draped bust of Serapis left.
Rev: OΔECCEITΩN.
Hygieia standing facing, feeding serpent from patera; E (mark of value) to right.
Cf. Varbanov 4504 (obv. legend and position of mark of value).
Condition: Very fine.
Weight: 13.07 g.
Diameter: 27 mm.
