Obv: Satrap, holding flower(?), riding horse left; to right, eagle left on branch; monogram below.
Rev: Archer in kneeling-running stance right, drawing bow; to left, two downward branches above monogram; Aramaic legend to right; all within pelleted square border within incuse square.
