CILICIA. Soloi. Balakros (Satrap of Cilicia, 333-323 BC). Stater.
Obv: Baaltars seated left on throne, holding lotus-tipped sceptre; grain ear and grape bunch to left; below throne, O above strut, Σ below strut.
Rev: Draped bust of Athena facing slightly left, wearing triple-crested helmet.
SNG BN 196-7; SNG Levante 52.
Condition: Very fine, large test cut.
Weight: 10.70 g.
Diameter: 24 mm.
