Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΠΕPΣΕΩΣ.
Eagle standing right on thunderbolt. Controls: Monogram above, MI to right, Φ between legs; all within wreath; plow below.

Condition: Near extremely fine.
