Laureate and cuirassed bust right, with gorgoneion on breastplate and slight drapery on far shoulder.
Rev: BΛAVNΔЄΩN MAK / ЄΠI TI KΛ AΛЄΞANΔPOV AP A TO B.
The First Labor of Herakles: Herakles right, pinning Nemean Lion which he is about to strike with club.

BMC 81; Triton VII, lot 753 (which realized a hammer of $2,000).
