GEORGIA. AR Asper (Late 13th-15th centuries). Imitating John II of Trebizond (1280-1297).
Obv: Emperor standing facing, holding labarum-headed sceptre and akakia, being crowned by manus Dei to upper right; pentagram to lower right.
Rev: St. Eugenius standing facing, holding cross-tipped staff.
