AUGUSTUS (27 BC-14 AD). Denarius. Uncertain eastern mint (in Pannonia?).

Obv: CAESAR.
Youthful bare head of Augustus to right.
Rev: AVGVST.
Candelabrum, ornamented with heads of rams; all within a floral wreath entwined with two bucrania and three pateras.

Condition: Very fine.
