Bareheaded, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip and draped bust of Serapis left, wearing calathus.
Rev: MHTPO ΠONTOV TOMEΩC.
Dionysus standing facing, head right, holding grapes, arm over head and resting elbow on a column around which a serpent coils.
