Octavian as Augustus (27 BC-AD 14) AR-Denarius (18.9 mm, 3.45 g, 7h). Spanish mint (Colonia Caesaraugusta?), struck circa 19-18 BC.
Obv. Head right, wearing oak wreath.
Rev. CAESAR AVGVSTVS, shield inscribed CL•V; S P Q R around, laurel branches flanking.
RIC 36a; ACIP 4037; RSC 51; BMC 354; CBN 1335.
