Description
Justin II (565-578) and Sophia, AE half follis, (Bronze, 6.15 g, 26.7 mm), Theoupolis (Antioch), dated RY 7 = 571/2.
Obv: Justin II and Sophia nimbate and seated on lyre-backed throne, Justin II holds globus cruciger in right hand, Sophia holds cruciform scepter transversely, cross between heads, pseudolegend to left and to right.
Rev: Large K with cross above, ANNO in left field and regnal year IIЧ to right field, Г above, R belov.
