Obv: D N THEODOSIVS P F AVG, pearl diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right
Rev: CONCORDIA AVGGG, Constantinopolis, helmeted, seated facing, head right, on throne, holding partly seen spear and globe, right leg bare, right foot on prow, O in left field, CONSA in exergue.
