Caracalla (197-217) AR Denarius (Silver, 3.06g, 19mm) Rome.
Obv: ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT. Head of Caracalla, laureate, right.
Rev: P M TR P XV COS III P P. Serapis, wearing polos on head, standing left, raising right hand and holding transverse sceptre in left hand.
