Obv: D N ARCADIVS P F AVG, Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right, holding spear and shield; crowning manus Dei above.
Rev: GLORIA ROMANORVM / TESΓ, Arcadius standing facing, head left, holding labarum and shield; to left, bound captive seated left, head right.
