Obv. Serpent emerging from cista mystica with open lid, all within ivy wreath with fruits.
Rev. Two serpents entwined around bow and bowcase, ΠEPΓ monogram of Pergamon to left, serpent-entwined staff of Asclepius to right, AΣ above ΠPYT monogram between snakes heads.
