Obv: IMP C DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG, laureate head to right
Rev: GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, Genius, wearing modius on head, standing to left, holding cornucopiae and patera, from which liquor flows; XX in left field, A above I in right field, ALE in exergue.
