Laureate head of George III on the right., Denomination and datein a composite oak and olive wreath., Very fine Bank of England token struck at the time of the Napoleonic Wars and circulating as a coin. Very interesting graffiti on the obverse, with the name "Wood" on the neck of George III and the number "346" engraved in the field, under the truncation of the bust! It could be a token used as an entry token for an address (a club?), Wood could refer to a potential 346 Wood Street or the name of the person holding the token? Small hit on the edge at 1h. Tête laurée de George III à droite., Valeur et millésime dans une couronne composite de chêne et d'olivier., Très beau jeton de la Banque d'Angleterre frappé à l'époque des guerres napoléoniennes et ayant circulé en tant que monnaie. Très intéressant graffiti au droit, avec le nom de "Wood" sur le cou de George III et le chiffre "346" gravé dans le champ, sous la troncature du buste ! Il pourrait s'agir d'un jeton utilisé comme jeton d'entrée pour une adresse (un club ?), Wood pourrait se référer à une potentielle Wood Street ou bien au nom de la personne titulaire du jeton ?
