Crowned bust to right wearing mural crown with frontal crescent, two wings and star in crescent; stars flanking headdress, crescent to right of bust, Fire altar with ribbons and attendants; star and crescent flanking flames., This is an extremely rare coin and type, struck by Hormizd VI (or V?) in two mints, WSY and WYHC. This Sassanid king is very obscure; it seems that he reigned in the middle of the 7th century, since the chronology indicates that he succeeded to Khosrau II after his assassination in 628 (he his maybe his grandson?), but he reigned for only 2 or 3 years before being assassinated too. Buste couronné à droite portant une couronne murale avec un croissant frontal, deux ailes et une étoile dans le croissant ; des étoiles flanquent la coiffe, un croissant à droite du buste, Autel du feu avec rubans et assistants ; étoile et croissant flanquant les flammes., C'est une monnaie et un type extrêmement rare, frappée par Hormizd VI (ou V?) dans deux ateliers, WSY et WYHC. Ce roi Sassanide est très mal connu, il semble qu'il règne au milieu du VIIème siècle puisque la chronologie indiquerait qu'il succède à Khosrau II après son assassinat en 628 (il était probablement son petit-fils), mais ne règne que 2 ou 3 ans avant d’être à son tour assassiné.
