Denmark Commemorative Medal (1891) Christian IX (1818-1863-1907). the Citizens Patriotic Movement; 1885-1891 (for the defence tax for the protection of the homeland). Averse: Bust of Christian IX to r. Reverse: The base; man; woman and children bring gifts to the seated figure of Denmark; palmetto decoration around both. Silver. Old patina.(cf.Bergsø 582). Weight approx: 79.53 g. Diameter: 52 mm
