It was called variously: the sign of the service of the year; the service of the year; the service of honor of the year. There is something else in the press: the badge of honor of the fire service; the badge of exemplary service. According to the regulations; the mark is given for the first time to a firefighter who has served honestly in the team for 10 years; and then every 5 years. It was produced by the workshops of LKIŠK and J. Gerštikas in Kaunas. He wore the badge on the left side of his chest. Silver enamel. Weight approx: 19.85 g. Diameter: 56x35 mm
