A GROUP OF FOUR GREEK GOLD ORNAMENTS
Circa 5th-4th century BC.
Dress ornaments made of thin gold sheet and decorated with a dotted spiral design worked in repoussé. Four small, pierced holes each for sewing them onto clothing.
L 21 mm each; Gold! 1.10 g (together) Ex Austrian private collection, acquired in the 1980s-90s.
