A SMALL ROMAN BRONZE VOTIVE STATUETTE
Circa 2nd-3rd century AD.
A highly abstracted depiction of a Thracian horseman. The right arm raised, decorated with grooves, the left outstretched. Two diagonal incisions across the chest possibly indicate the shoulder strap of a quiver. Some earthen deposits and a scratch on the front.
