A LATE ROMAN GILT BRONZE CROSSBOW BROOCH
Circa 4th century AD.
With arched bow and facetted onion-shaped terminals ('Zwiebelknöpfe'). Bow and foot decorated with an interlace band, the foot is further decorated with a carved design. With hinged pin; uneven patination with some corrosion.
