A ROMANO-CELTIC BRONZE STATUETTE OF MERCURY Circa 1st-2nd century AD. Mercury is depicted in a highly stylised manner; nude but for a winged cap, holding herald's staff (caduceus) and cloak (?) in his left hand, and a money bag (marsupium) in his right. Probably a votive offering. Rare! H 60 mm
