EPEIROS
Ambrakia. Circa 360-338 BC. Stater (Silver, 22mm, 8.38 g 6). Pegasos flying right; below, A. Rev. Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet; behind neck, fulminating Zeus to right. Calciati 91. A truly elegant coin with attractive light toning. Good very fine. From a collection in Ticino, formed over 20 years ago.
