Description
LYDIA. Tripolis. Time of Antoninus Pius to Commodus, 138-192. (Bronze, 16.5 mm, 3.74 g, 12 h). Radiate and draped bust of Helios to right. Rev. ΤΡΙΠΟΛΙΤΩN Nike advancing to right, holding wreath and palm branch. RPC IV online 1634 ( same dies ). Previously known from only a single example in Paris . Very fine.
