Rev. Α-ΘΕ /ΓΛ/ΑΥ -ΕΧΕ Owl standing facing on amphora; to right, draped and radiate facing bust of Helios; on amphora, H (= 8th month ); to left of owl, ΚΤ (= contractor’s initials ); all within olive wreath. Thompson 298 var ( this obverse die but not recorded for this contractor's initials ). Struck on a broad flan. Traces of overstriking and slightly porous, otherwise, good very fine.
