Mn. Cordius Rufus, 46 BC. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.89 g, 5 h), Rome. RVFVS·IIIVIR Jugate heads of the Dioscuri to right, both wearing laureate pilei, each topped with a star. Rev. (MN)·CORDIVS Venus standing to left, holding scales in right hand and sceptre in left, with cupid perched over her shoulder. Babelon (Cordia) 2. Crawford 463/1a. Sydenham 976. Toned. Very fine.
