JUDAEA, Samaria. Caesaraea Maritima. Hadrian, 117-138. (Bronze, 33 mm, 19.20 g, 12 h). IMP TRA HADRI-ANO [CAES AVG] Laureate and draped bust of Hadrian to right. Rev. COL I FL AVG / CAESARE(NS) Veiled figure ploughing to right with two oxens; above, Nike flying to left, crowing the veiled figure. BMC 54. De Saulcy 1. Rosenberger 24. RPC III, 3958. Sofaer 27. Green and red patina; attractive for the type. Very fine.
