★ Unique Ophellas Trihemiobol ★
KYRENAICA. Kyrene. Ophellas, Ptolemaic Governor, second reign, 312-309 BC. Trihemiobol (Silver, 9 mm, 1.01 g, 12 h). Facing head of Nike, with flowing hair. Rev. Thymiaterion. Unpublished to the standard references, but clearly related to Ophellas due to the iconographic resemblance with the contemporary gold staters. Earthen deposits and porosity, otherwise, very fine.
