Herennius Etruscus, as Caesar, 249-251. Antoninianus (Silver, 23 mm, 4.87 g, 8 h), Rome, 250-251. Q HER ETR MES DECIVS NOB C Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Herennius Etruscus to right. Rev. PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS Herennius, dressed in military attire, standing to left, holding baton in right hand and spear in left. Cohen 26. RIC IV 147c. Lightly toned. Struck from worn dies, otherwise, about extremely fine.
