Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. AΛEΞANΔPOY Zeus seated to left on high throne, holding eagle on his outstretched right hand and sceptre with his left; in field to left, sphinx seated to right above monogram within a linear circle; beneath throne, Σ. Bauslaugh, Posthumous, Series 21. HGC 6, 1132. Price 2350. Attractively toned. Light marks and a minor die break on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
