ΙΕΡΩΝΟΣ Charioteer, holding kentron with his right hand and the reins with his left, driving fast biga to left; below horses, E. Buceti 1140 ( same dies ). Carroccio - (D40/R36, unlisted die combination ). HGC 2, 1541. SNG München 1345. A most attractive coin, very well-struck from fresh dies. A few small scrapes and marks, otherwise, extremely fine.
