SICILY. Akragas. Phintias, tyrant, 287-279 BC. Hemilitron (Bronze, 23 mm, 6.33 g, 4 h). Head of Persephone to left, wearing wreath of grain ears; in field to right, monogram of NE. Rev. BAΣIΛEOΣ / ΦINTIA Boar charging to left. CNS 117. HGC 2, 170. SNG ANS 1122-1124. Lime green patina. Very fine.
