CORINTHIA. Corinth. Julia Domna, Augusta, 193-217. (Bronze, 24 mm, 5.12 g, 1 h). IVLIA DOMNA AVG Draped bust of Julia Domna to right; laureate head of an emperor to right within an oval incuse counterstamp. Rev. CLICON Melikertes-Palaimon lying on back of dolphin to right, pine tree to left and right. BCD Corinth 903. NCP p. 10, 1. Howgego 56 ( for countermark ). Very rare; countermark on obverse. Light deposits, otherwise, about very fine.
