Description
ARMENIA, Cilician Armenia. Royal. Levon II, 1270-1289. (Silver, 14.5 mm, 1.39 g, 9 h), New Half Tram, struck from Tram dies, Sis. Levon with patriarchal cross on horseback to right; three pellets to left, T to right. Rev. Facing and crowned lion advancing to left with the foreleg raised; patriarchal cross above. ACV 384-385 var (controls). CAA 1525-1527 var (controls). Well centered; unusually fine for issue. Very fine.
