Aelia Eudocia, Augusta, 423-460. Tremissis (Gold, 14 mm, 1.39 g, 5 h), struck under her husband, Theodosius II, Constantinople, 420-450/455. AEL EVDO-CIA AVG Pearl-diademed and draped bust of Aelia Eudocia to right. Rev. Cross within wreath; below, CONOB✷. Depeyrot 72/2. RIC 253. Scarce. Some scratches mainly on obverse, otherwise, very fine.
