PERSIA, Achaemenid Empire. Time of Xerxes II to Artaxerxes II, circa 420-375 BC. Siglos (Silver, 14 x 17 mm, 5.45 g). Persian king, wearing radiate tiara, in running/kneeling stance to right, holding dagger in his right hand and bow in his left, quiver over his shoulder. Rev. Oblong incuse. BMC Arabia pl. XXVII, 10. Carradice Type IV B (pl. XIV, 43). Same reverse punch as CNG e418, 365. Well struck and clear; an unusually complete example. Good very fine.
