MACEDON, Chalkidian League. Olynthos. Circa 432-348 BC. Trihemiobol (Silver, 7.3 mm, 0.31 g). Laureate head of Apollo to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square; in each quarter, saltire cross surrounded by four pellets. Robinson & Clement p. 318, c = pl. XXX, 41, pl. XXXIV, a, and pl. XXXV, 28 ( as uncertain Macedon ). SNG ANS 1007 ( as uncertain Macedon ). Scarce issue with attractive toning. Somewhat porous, otherwise, very fine.
