Anonymous, 179-170 BC. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 3.23 g, 9 h), Rome. Helmeted head of Roma to right; behind, X. Rev. Luna Lucifera, wearing crescent on head, driving biga galloping to right; below, crayfish to right; ROMA within linear frame. Crawford 156/1. Sydenham 343. Light cabinet toning and well centered. Very fine.
