CILICIA. Uncertain mint. Circa 380 BC. Obol (Silver, 10 mm, 0.64 g, 3 h). Laureate male head to left (Zeus?), with long, curly hair falling down the back of his neck and a pointed beard. Rev. Male head to left, with a pointed beard and wearing a crested Attic helmet. Mildenberg, Kleingeld, 21 ( this coin. Cf. SNG Levante 196 ( hemiobol ). Very rare, with an extraordinary obverse of a seemingly archaistic head of Zeus. Toned. Reverse struck with a defective die, otherwise, good very fine.
