ELIS. Olympia. 91st-94th Olympiad, 416-404 BC. Hemiobol (Silver, 8 mm, 0.50 g, 9 h), circa 460s. Ϝ ( retrograde ) Head of an eagle to right. Rev. Α within an incuse square. BCD Olympia 80 ( this coin ), otherwise unpublished, but cf. BCD Peloponnesos 630 for a hemiobol of very similar style. Apparently unique. Clear and well-struck. Surface roughness, otherwise, very fine.
