★ Attractive Patina ★
AKARNANIA. Argos Amphilochikon. Circa 330-300 BC. (Bronze, 16 mm, 3.17 g, 5 h). Bearded male head (Amphilochos or Odysseus?) to right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet. Rev. ΑΡΓΕΙΩΝ / ΜΕΝ-[AN]/ΔΡO[Σ] Hound running right. BCD Akarnania 164.10. HGC 4, 796 (R1). Imhoof-Blumer p. 95, 54. SNG Copenhagen 320. Green patina. The reverse struck slightly off-center, otherwise, very fine.
