Follis (Bronze, 31 mm, 16.54 g, 6 h), Constantinople. + EMMA-NOVHΛ / IC - XC Bust of Christ Pantokrator facing, wearing cross nimbus with two pellets in each arm, his right hand raised in blessing, and holding Gospels in his left. Rev. + IhSЧS/ XRISTЧS/ bASILEЧ'/ bASILE' in four lines. DOC A2. SB 1813. Dark brown patina. Good very fine.
